I did mine over the weekend. No big deal now....it will be 17 pages when the states get a hold of it :)

You would be wise to have it if you fish Plum Island or The National Seashore aka Race Point.  Especially PI.  I will be willing to bet they will be checking and busting them!

My card came yesterday too.

The general circus here in RI saw $altwater Licen$e and immediately overrode Carcieris's veto.So $7 it is here in RI.They did something right for the very worst of reasons:money.

I printed my temp card and had it saterday at charlestown breachway...we were testing plugs.......dem came through but didn't ask ;D
