Best Salty Plug??
« on: March 23, 2013, 08:19:38 PM »
I'm looking at either ordering or trying my hand at making a kit. What would you consider to be the best all around everywhere plug?  got my eye on the Darter. just not sure if they far well on the Canal.

Thanks.

well my preferance would be a blabber mouth kit a pencil kit  and a super dooper plooper popper kit and a swimmer for starters........and lets not for get 1 hand carved swimmer kit that will dig in........i made one of those swimmer kits couple of years ago........1st cast and got a bass in the wash with it.....that would be my route to take speeking for myself

If you've never done it then stick with the beginner kits first then move to an advanced kit. Try a blabbermouth popper first.
