There was a lot of discussion about them on another site - not the (STRIPERSONLINE) site. I actually thought about doing some in plastic for the fun of it, but from the little bit I know about bananas, it sounds like it'd be a tough engineering problem. I'm very interested to see what you come up with.

Well I got 2d on the first try  :bhappy: . Each pink line is a toolpath. Going to skull this morning.

With a very little bit of modification on the bottom this profile looks like it can be flipped over and made into a Big O style plug..

I think I know what is going on.  I forgot to tell you a step for cutting it as a solid.  My step by step was as a mold.  LOL.  Email enroute shortly.

Man I spent alot of time on this today learning more and more. 3D toolpaths.. Try it on the regular file later.
