Hey guys I am looking for a 3/4" and 1" rotary file,anyone have any suggestions on the best place to pick them up,or didn't know if someone had a used one they would part with.thank

not much help on this one ....but did you try Rockler or alot of wood carving sites might carry something your looking for like KUTZALL burrs i know wood carving supplies carry alot of grinding stuff for wood

Hey thanks, yeah check out kutzall burrs could use them in a dremel easy enough.was look to use the high speed rotary file in the headstock of the lathe,but open to ideas for sure just getting started,how do you finish your popper mouth?

i use the kutzall 1" round sphere i use the cource for the first cut then hit it with the fine 1" sphere....but i use them in a drill press.......thats how i make the cup for the popper.......or you can recess your eyes on plugs to if you like

forgot to mention get the 1/4 shaft for a drill press. you can bang out more plugs that way more so than a dremal

hey Scott it sounds like jimmy looks like half of my in-laws! Does he have any kin up here in maine? if not send him up he will fit right in.lmao if he doesn't work out for plug making I could use another stern man seeing as how my oldest is hell bent on working for you
