Salvage Company was onsite yesterday we went through what was damaged. Still finding pockets of water under things and place is just beginning to dry out. Left dehumidifier running. With the doors open all day yesterday and fans going it's starting to dry out.
Lost all the booth pictures so just going to be racks at Risaa this year and a little dinky plastic sign. The accelerator pedal for the tail machine is fried. 5/0 white tail hooks are on backorder immediately so I have enough for myself. I've sourced a new pedal but will be a week before it's here. The Delta planer was the only machine loss thank God.
Lost an entire bin of 2.5 surfsters. Had several bins that had holes or cracks in them that held kits and stuff got soaked. The kit bags evidently breathe because there were 20-30 on the bottom that had physical water pour out of them. The rest in the bin had condensation inside the bags.
I brought a 1/2 bin of white deer tails home yesterday and spread out on the deck. Sopping wet. Another bin that had a hole in the bottom. Do you know what deer ass smells like when water resolvinates the skin that had dried? Floppy tails they got. If they don't dry out there will be another 2-300 pieces of deer tail added to this.
There was some inside the bin in bags and those were all good so at least I got something to get going again as soon as I can fix the machine. Sucks on the 5/0 those are one of the most popular and will be none for Risaa now. It was the only size I was low on.
