lol.........i've been playing with the small surfster lip....centerdrilled  belly weighted 5 grams in middle(fattest part of body) eastern white pine body...great action on surface and just under....going to thin body to get more depth great action......kinda like a nj style non sealed

I have to say that I'm disappointed with the content of this thread. It certainly doesn't live up to its promising title. Then again, nobody enjoys playing with Salty's parts more than Salty himself. I used to play with my own parts a lot until I lost my virginity under a pine tree in back of the cemetery.

scott, playing with these i turned last night looking to match a mac profile, just swam them look good but not 100% of the time like the lip's loseing control kinda like it gets stuck wobble wobble then slips....going to add a weight behind the frount hook they got a tight wobble
