Case in point, I'm on a ten hour drive from jax fl to Fourchon La. I have a rod curing as we drive. I didn't sleep either because I had so much to pack. This trip better pay off!

Question the salmon fishermen are starting to get small tuna in there nets its a very unusual catch where we live , but theres has been lots of talk of other tuna being caught not too far from where i live , these nets are about 300-400yds of the beach,
Now im not sure just how close to the shore they will come , but im up for trying for them with some poppers what colours work best,
At a guess there feeding on sandeel or mackeral both of which is a bit early for those in any great number.
any help please sharkintentoncatchingtuna
