I sealed some plugs the other day and now there is a slight grain, should I sand the grain down where the plug is smooth or will that remove the sealer? Thanks

If there is raised grain I'd lightly sand then dip it again.

you can spray the plug with a mist before you seal it. it'll raise the grain once, shouldn't happen again.
