Fish bat/baton/thumper
« on: April 12, 2013, 01:26:56 PM »
So a little while ago I was given this little Louisville Slugger bat that had my work's name on it and the name of a salesman that won an award(these bats were given at an awards night). I decided it was the perfect fish baton/bat...whatever you want to call it. So I went to work on it.

pics above I filled in the engraving with wood putty, then sanded down and got a primer coat of black on there. Then I decided I wanted to make it look like a big plug, so I drilled and rasped out the eyes, and put scaling on it.
