Pikies from plug kits ??
« on: June 07, 2010, 05:35:09 PM »
I want to make a few Pikies but I don't turn wood or have a lathe. I do use Scotts kits tho to make my plugs. I was wondering if any one has used one of Salty's kits to make it into a pikie. I'm looking at the A40 Jr and the Conrad thinking some work with a dremel or belt sander might be able to turn one of these kits in to a pikie plug. Has any one done this or what are your thoughts on doing this.
Thanks for any ideas .
