lexan lips

Hi guys: As a few of know, I'm new here and NOT a stripper fisherman by rather a muskie fisherman.  I like to make some of a own lures and was wondering if any of you know how to do the following.  I have bought a few bodies from Salty's that I would like to install LEXAN lips...Does any one know a good way of cutting  the slot for the lip?  I would like then all to have  nice margins, with clean cuts yet be consistent (easier to tune).  I am sorta fussy and want to be proud of what I do down to the last detail.  Any ideas?  Anything would help at this time....

table saw and jig for the wide stuff. Band Saw for thin stuff.
