from tackle direct egg harbor nj put an ord in for a fin or ocs16 reel 2 wks ago got e mail it was deliv yest at 11 30 am to my side door it wasnt there 2 hrs on phone between ups and tackle direct an all i got was we deliv it by ups look around driver may have put it under a bush or something wtf as for tackle direct we will look into it give us a few wks are u sure u dont have it making it sound like im stealing it never again cost 224.00
as life goes on things get taken from you live for today yesterday is gone and tomorrow isn't here yet go fishing

thats what i was told need to look into it with ups said there responsible who nows were he left it just hope who ever got it does right think an returns it can only hope i guess

oh boy!!! good luck haddock   on that one.....  say if your in jersey  friday saturday or sunday they will be at the somerset show on davidson ave in somerset.....yea i like that responce give us a couple of weeks.........they should be jumping on that pronto .....plus you would hope they'r covered by insurance for stuff like that.............say im going to the somerset show suinday........keep me informed ......ill speak up for you if i pass the booth.... good luck man

thanks handy wouldnt mind if was just a spool of line but 224.00 i mind called them today said for me to call em back on mon thay need to investigate it dont even now if ups was in right town or even right state for that matter but let em no ill never ord from them after this mess is over have a good time tho wish i could be there id be the one being escorted out by the police

I'm sure they will do right. It's a inconvenience but they're a big name for tackle so I don't think they would mess with their reputation. UPS will do a trace on it, and yes they sometimes take their sweet time. I dropped ups several years ago and went priority mail. Much less aggravation and I don't have to pay them to pickup every day.

proble a smart move been talking with a few who have had a lot of problems with ups im not blamming tackle direct anymore its ups thay were so laid back about it as if its gonna come home sometime like my cat will when it goes to my friends hse dn the st.just the moment i guess its a good pc of coin sitting some were
