cutting lexen lip slot

scott, what do you think, the best way or blade to cut the slots for your lexen lips...my bandsaw's blade is too thin ;D  thanks for any help....ed

I use a table saw Ed. If you have a band saw make two parallel cuts then one down the middle and pieces should come out? There's not alot of options for real wide kerf cuts like that.
