not sure of the ratio maybe 40% mineral spirits. what I do is put some paint in a mixing cup, poor a little spirits and mix good. I use a plastic coffee mixing stick. pull the stick out and when you get the paint to go drip... drip...drip off the stick you have the perfect ratio. not to slow and not to fast  ;D
years of experience to master that  :)
