def go for it. would love to give it a try. been trying some one piece hand carve  stick baits and a 2 piece one def sounds good

yes!  but the style of joint is the crucial part
imho  as the tighter the joint the tighter the wiggle

you know,  i like them tight and i like them to wiggle  :wink:
