Got two with my order, look nice. Will they sink? If so, they should be great for Fluke on the beach this summer. Weakies n Blues.... May need more.
They will site just tail down as is but if you add a bit more weight you can drag them down easy.

I have one too and my first thought was fluke killer.
Scott-- should the belly weight fit right in there? I had some trouble getting it all the way in. Maybe I did something wrong
All it takes is one chunk of sawdust inside to keep it from popping down. If it don't fit you must aquit....no wait that's OJ's line :)
Also sometimes a weight is tight in a hole. These can be shaved with a sharp knife or try rotating the weight to a different position. Need to make sure there is no sprue on the weight also.
I'm going to try one with two 4gram belly weights with single rear hook. One drilled out for a 3gram Microtail weight and see how they sit. Any thoughts?
i'm thinking about a nice tall blond with long slender legs, a very short pair of shorts, low cut blouse
oh wait you were talking lure thoughts ahhhhh :)
Should work Tom it's going to pull that tail down a bit more. You could even try 1/2 a weight. for lighter weight, or put a whole 1/4x1 slug in the tail. You got a little pocket rocket at that point. Just like the originals put a long set of thin hackles on it.
