I was looking for a small needle fish to put in my bag,I have two yellow and red one seems heavy with a triple split ring is that for tuna?
I'm fishing the beach tomorrow  if it's not raining to hard, the canal is googin central at the moment.

Salty

Triple split is 1.5 oz size, good needle

googin central LOL I can imagine.

Great the 1.5 feels like it will fly well.

Salty

It sinks tail down, if the feathers are too much break some off.

I like them just got to get a fish to eat one...LOL
The bastards are keyed on small bait and move out of the way of the plug.
It was funny yesterday a dozen guys putting plugs on top of the fish with no hook ups.
I did have a solid take on the 3oz butterfish but he spit the hook.
I been fishing tins the last two days.

Salty

Cool. Well maybe away from googanville you can whack a fattie

hit some of those rock jetties. I'd be looking at the west side beaches right now from the canal up. These fish have been moving for about 2-3 weeks now.
