Just Joined!

Hi, everyone! I just joined today, and thought that I would introduce myself. I live in the upstate of SC, and actually never have never fished for stripers either on the coast or inland. However, I just added a Penn Industries lathe to my workshop a few months ago, and 2 weeks ago I decided that I would try my hand at making topwater lures. I've got some eastern red cedar and ordered some Alaska Yellow cedar, and have turned a couple of blanks. Now going to try sealing and painting. I'm very excited about this and hope to have some pictures soon.
