Oz FB Swimmer Hand Carved
Wood Lure Kit

5.5" long and 2 Oz
size, stainless steel thru-wired this is one of our newest kits and another Salty's
exclusive! We
provide you a CNC machine routered, through-wired body in side view 2D,
pre-cut lip slot and you can leave body shape as is with minor sanding,
or change the profile by sanding or carving to the desired shape!
Kit
will swim 5-8' deep with a very nice tail wiggle.
Will work in freshwater or saltwater! Fully stainless through wired with
Lexan polycarbonate lip
All
components are included except for split rings and hooks which we
recommend VMC 3-4/0 treble hook for the belly
and 5/0 Dressed Siwash hook on the tail of this lure. Kit contains
330 lb Stainless Krok swivel!
This kit is for advanced lure
builders or someone that wants to try something new with a handcarved
lure.
You can tailor the shape to your liking! See the pictorial linked off
the kit page for more images and instructions on how to finish these.
Can be painted with ordinary spray bombs,
or seal first and then Binz prime/paint with acrylic paints and a small brush
from AC Moore, let them dry thoroughly and coat with a few coats
of
clear spray paint, KBS Diamond Finish, or brush with epoxy etc in thin coats for more
durability.
Others more advanced can use an airbrush and Createx paints.
