New guy buys 2 peanut poppers. I painted my favorite day color and nite color. Columbus day weekend I go to brothers cottage to help close down and I bring both poppers. Just wanted to see how they came through the water and how much noise they made. Caught 2 lgmth. on day plug. WOW !!   Later I take both grandsons down on dock and start casting my nite plug.  1 bass  3.18 lb.. Wife yells down, bring the boys up it is getting dark. OK I said and continued to fish. BANG another bass for grandson #2. Wife calls down, Iam not going to tell you again, bring thiose boys up here now . Its dark out. OK I said and continued to fish.  Bam! this ones a hog 4.08 lb.  We called it a nite at this point.  Moral of this story. Those plugs stay in the freshwater box and dont listen to your wife of 40 years.  She is a P.I.N.A .   HOPE i DIDNT BORE YOU GUYS..........
