Offshore New Hampshire in July for Blues and Stripers: Lures?

My brother is going to New Hampshire in July, fishing for Stripers and Blues offshore.  Which lures to take?  HE HAS NO CLUE WHATSOEVER!!!

If any of you were in his place, what would be your top three Salty's lures that would be leaving the dock with you?  If you can't narrow it down that much, make it top five or top ten.

Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions.

Top 3 for boat fishing in July up there...
Parrot 1.5 fathead
Olive white 1.5 fathead
Any color 1.25 bottle popper
