Sparkles on lures

How do I put the sparkles on the lures I paint ? What are the steps ?

Hi Mark, I split your question off and moved it to the lure forum.

If your talking about the belly sparkles, those are sprinkled on after you put your clear coat over your paint while the clear is wet.

Other guys put glitter in the epoxy and brush it on also. That works well too for the smaller diamond dust like you find at AC Moore etc.

say mark welcome aboard.......after the  plug is painted and the paint is dry....i mix my two part epoxy  about 3 min  than add glitter gloss  you dont need much  and stir that in the mix  i use glitter from CS coatings   i use the fine glitter  once i brush it on the plug i like to spin my plugs on a dryer so the epoxy dries evenly with no sags :)
