Jack Frech Banana Plug

This is something I've been working on for almost 6 months now maybe more. It's one of the reasons I built that cnc router last year...This has been the biggest project ever and today it all come together. Two sides, glued together...elliptical bait kits.

The Jack Frech Banana plugs are well known by many an old timer...these were written up in The Fisherman many times over the last 50 years.

What you see here is raw pictures. First stuff out of the machine in 3d. Wrong bit and speeds/movements will allow this to be down in the 3-4 minute per side range maybe quicker. I am going to be able to set two files together and cut both sides at once. Load the machine every few minutes....while I do other stuff in the shop.
