Lacquer Paints

I like working with lacquer paint. I only use it to dip my lures, otherwise I use an airbrush. Anyway, does anyone know where I can obtain lacquer here in CT. The last time I  purchased it, I was told that CT outlawed it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

True lacquer paint was outlawed many moons ago.  Even oil based rustoleum is banned here now.

Doubt you will find any.
